We've had Dominic Monahan and his Skillz crew install smoke detectors, a security light as well as staining our decks. The big job last fall was their construction of a new fence along the north side of our property. Always they were considerate, on time, and attentive to quality and fine detail, and never have they left anything for us to clean up after the jobs were completed. We're more than happy to recommend Skillz to any homeowner and we're looking forward to the work they're about to do for us next month.

Dominic and his partner did did and excellent job at a list of things we needed done around the house. The major chore was recaulking and regrouting in two bathrooms but they also did some electrical work , replaced a mailbox, and the house looks greatand fixed a doorlock that had just broken. The house looks great.

Dominic and his design and production staff are the most professional team I've worked with in my 40+ years in Boulder Valley. We had one delay glitch from another installer and Dominic immediately intervened to keep the project on schedule. Heidi, the interior designer, also brings both design and production experience and oversaw day to day quality control.
Juan, the primary craftsman, is a highly skilled, careful, and meticulous craftsman with impressive skills.
Project lasted 3 weeks. $50k total investment. Completed on time. Site cleanup was also top tier - as clean as pre-project.
Couldn't be more pleased and impressed.

Dominic is my go-to for all things house. He is professional and friendly, and has a great network of skilled workers. He has helped us with a lot of different projects, inside the house and out. Recently, we had a deeply clogged kitchen sink and he came over right away on the weekend. His plumber found a way to fit us in and fixed a pretty thorny problem that involved sawing into different pipes and handling some disgusting stuff (as well as installing a new disposal.) The price was very reasonable, especially compared to what the big guys would have charged.
